Purpose of the website

This website provides information about SwimConsult and lets swimming clubs take out a subscription to the SwimConsult app. Payment is handled by our payment partner Stripe.

Subscriptions and payment

SwimConsult offers two plans: Basic (€15 per month or €150 per year) and Basic + AI agent (€25 per month or €250 per year). The price applies per club, regardless of the number of swimmers or coaches, and is confirmed before payment in the Stripe checkout.

Every subscription starts with a free 30-day trial; you only pay once it ends. If you cancel before the end of the trial, you pay nothing. For questions about your subscription, contact info@swimconsult.be.

Intellectual property

The SwimConsult name, the logo, the texts on this website and the app are the property of SwimConsult. You may not copy or use them without our permission.

Liability

We compile this website with care, but provide it as is, without any guarantee of uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

We are not liable for indirect damage arising from the use of this website.

The SwimConsult app

This website may refer to the SwimConsult app at app.swimconsult.be. Separate terms apply to the use of that app.

Applicable law

Belgian law applies to this website and these terms. The competent courts are those of Mons.
